This is a picture of a pork Bahn Mi I made this week for dinner. Bahn Mi's are my absolute favorite sandwich ever, hands down. I'm not sure if it's because of the cilantro, or the pork, or the fresh cucumbers. Whatever it is, I love it! Thankfully, they are incredibly easy to make as well (but always best if bought at a Vietnamese sandwich shop).

What's your favorite sandwich??

I think I have two. Fried oyster po-boys, and the BLT from Flour Cafe. The BLT is extremely addictive. I would drive about an hour (round trip, damn traffic) at least once a week to get one for two months straight.

Oh wow that looks good. My favorite might be the Tycho (mostly a giant mushroom) at Georgetown Liquor Company with a side of the au jus.

Mmmm. All of those sound amazing. I'm still sticking to my Bahn Mi though :P

@ Ernie - the BLT was good, but was it really THAT good??? :P I think I'm due for another visit to Flour though.

The BLT is that good. I don't know what they put in it, but I loved it. It's my go to sandwich when I eat there. :)
